Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and APO, FPO and DPO's. We can ship to most other countries if requested. Please call us to arrange for special overseas shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your product within 30 days from date of purchase we will refund the amount of purchase minus a %15 restocking fee. Please contact support to get a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We request that you repack the product with all components in the original product box and pack it carefully in a shipping box. Products that have been damaged, are missing components or are not in the same condition as when they were sent may have the refund amount adjusted.
Any item that is not working properly and is still within the warranty period may be returned for an exchange.
