Most Economical Personal Breathalyzer With PRISM Technology

The AlcoMate Prestige is the first breathalyzer to feature a "user-changeable" PRISM sensor (Pre-Calibrated Alcohol Sensor Module). The Prestige revolutionized the breathalyzer industry by allowing the user to reset it back to original factory perfect calibration simply by changing out the old sensor with a new one.  This eliminated the need to to send the breathalyzer back to the manufacturer every year (or more often if used heavily) like all other alcohol testors. Using the AlcoMate Prestige to check your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) is simple. Just turn it on and wait for the "beep" then blow into the mouth-piece until you hear another "beep" (about five seconds). In just a few seconds the results are displayed and a red warning light flashes if your blood alcohol level is over 0.05 %. The Prestige is a professional grade breathalyzer that uses oxide semi-conductor sensor technology.  It is a great choice if budget will not permit the purchase of an AlcoMate REVO or AlcoMate Premium.

Eliminates The Cost And Aggrevation Of Annual Factory Calibration

One of the most problematic features of a breathalyzer is the need for annual factory or service center calibration. All breathalyzers will begin to drift out of spec after 6 to 12 months (depending on usage) and the test results become more and more inaccurate. With all other breathalyzers this problem is resolved by packing up your portable breathalyzer and shipping it to a service center where it is re-calibrated for a fee. This process takes time and you are without your device while you wait for it to be returned. AlcoMate eliminated this issue by incorporating a sensor module in the breath alcohol testing devise that you can change yourself by simply replacing the old sensor with a new one.  This patened feature is only availabe in certain AlcoMate breathalyzer models. 

Note: Changing the sensor in the Prestige requires partial disassembly of the device. This process was eliminated in the newer Premium AL7000 and REVO TS200 models.

The Prestige is DOT approved for law-enforcement grade accuracy and US Coast Guard Approved to satisfy the requirements of all marine vessels in US waters to have a breathalyzer-on-board.

AK GlobalTech’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing, adjusting or repairing the unit only if returned along with proof of purchase, complete shipping address, daytime contact phone number and written explanation. The warranty is void of the unit has been tampered with or damaged due to user error. Re-calibration (or sensor module replacement, where applicable) is a required periodic maintenance procedure required of any and all breathalyzers in order to maintain accuracy, and as such, is not a warranty service. Warranty does not include shipping costs to AK GlobalTech. Warranty is non-transferable.
